Understanding

Dictionary is an essential part to learn a language. Our idea was to create a simple, fast, accurate dictionary that covers all the basic needs of a language learner. Every word includes audio and inflected forms.

Create and simple and nice looking dictionary which are easy-to-use.

My Role

1. Creating userflow and understand the structure of the app.
2. Create high fidelity prototypes.
3. Create interactive prototypes.

Userflow

Structure and flow serve as a base of UI design.

The app structure is straightforward, focused on the content and easy-to-use aprroach. The app starts right away with home screen, a place where all widgets (with an abbility to expand) are concentrated.

Home screen

Home screen provides quick search with history record and a word of the day widget. As you type, you get the most relevant results.
The dictionary is intended to be multilingual, the language could be switched very easily.

Interactive protypes make it possible to verify whether the interface layout would be convenient to use.
